Highly recommended:
Amagi Brilliant Park:
A kyoAni entry for this Fall. Interesting setting that focuses on business and management of a theme park with many interesting and funny characters. This combined with KyoAni trademarked sharp dialogues, witty banter, loads of amusing sarcasms, and hilarious boke-tsukkomi routines. Amazing animation quality as expected from KyoAni. The magical and fantasy element also provides some interesting hooks into the setting. The genius with dark past protagonist might a bit of a turn off to some but the story and hilarity so far managed to turn that into a non-factor.
Denki-gai no Honya-san:
An anime about a bunch of people managing a manga bookstore. Funny characters with hilarious interactions between them though you might need to be well-versed with otaku culture to find half of the jokes amusing and funny. Very fast paced and energetic. Gets a little ecchi from time to time but it has lots of cute moments as well. And most of the characters are loli, so there's that. Lots of meta jokes and not-so-subtle cultural references.
Fate/stay night: Unlimited Blade Works:
A Fate rendition by ufotable focusing on UBW path. A definitely gorgeous and stunningly beautiful visuals and masterfully crafted actions scenes that sets the bar for any anime ever, as expected from ufotable. Character interactions are just as engaging and since this is Fate, you can expect good stories. A definite must-watch this season. Very heart-pounding in every scenes. Also a good opportunity to study the basis of tsundere character trait from Rin.
Inou-Battle wa Nichijou-kei no Naka de:
A slice of life story with a spin. A club with members who obtained supernatural powers, and they use it to do nothing but hang around and have fun. Filled with lots of hilarious moments with a touch of chuunibyou being poked on. Great visuals and animations with good ol' bright colours with standard but still funny ensemble of characters. The superpower setting is definitely making this slice of life more interesting and something to look forward more compared to standard slice of life.
Ore, Twintails ni Narimasu:
And absolute hilarity with funny characters and interactions with a right amount of fanservice, satire, meta jokes, and moe. It's a cross between tokusatsu, mahou shoujo, and mecha musume with absurdly ridiculous villains. The visuals and animation quality is also good. The genderbender tag might be a turn off but trust me, the craziness and funzies are worth it. I personally can't wait to see what kind of doujins gonna sprout out from this.
Yuuki Yuuna wa Yuusha de Aru:
Similar to Inou Battle, it's a slice of life but with mahou shoujo power instead. An anime about a club that have fun but fight Vertex in times of need. Funny and heart warming, but at the same time with engaging action scenes. The mix of slice of life and actions is amusing and the world setting is very interesting even though it's a bit unsettling, but that might be an over analysis from me. The characters are cute with good chemistry between them.
Top pick:
Hitsugi no Chaika: Avenging Battles | Log Horizon 2:
Both are sequels and both's first season is amazing. A must watch if you watched the first season. If you didn't watch the first season, I'll recommend to watch them.
Garo - The Animation:
Garo the live action series is good and the anime adds more into the bleak world that is Garoverse. It's a good addition and anyone who watch this might want to watch the live action series. The CG and art is decent.
Gundam: G no Reconguista:
New addition to Gundam but with very classic style on it. Might be a turn off but I feel that the old-school style is very fun and interesting. The attention to details and in-universe mechanics is very amusing to see. Don't expect a SEED or 00 though.
Madan no Ou to Vanadis:
Magical fantasy war anime. One thing that stood out is that the protagonist is a pure bowman. Its attention to details such as the geopolitical state of the setting, the strategy in warfare, and various in-universe elements such as terminologies and other fantasy aspects is admirable and definitely interesting to watch further. Also, it doesn't really flaunt fanservice despite being a genre notorious to do so which is a plus to me as this mean it take itself seriously, which is again, a plus. A must for action fantasy lovers.
Parasyte - the maxim:
Supernatural horror thriller with gore and violence. An adapted old manga in a more modern setting. The art style is a bit more olden but the basic setting is still quite interesting. The main character is flawed but still likable and well-written. Animation quality is fairly good.
Shingeki no Bahamut: Genesis:
Fantasy magical action anime with great art although with questionable character designs that might deter some people from liking it. What I like is the main male character is a loud-mouthed and rambunctious charlatan but is cunning and street smart, definitely a stray off from standard main male character trope. Great action scenes too.
Sora no Method:
A slice of life slash drama slash supernatural anime that reminiscence of Ano Hana in which instead of a ghost girl, the girl is alien slash UFO/saucer instead on top of a scenic isolated town. It has beautiful visuals and cute characters to go alongside it. Might get angsty just like Ano Hana, but still an engaging and interesting setting.
World Trigger:
A straightforward shonen anime where an organization fought some kinda otherworldly monsters and the main characters got in the middle of it somehow. But so far, it's not as annoying like in some other standard shonen anime. The visuals are decent and the main character is smart and logical, which is a huge plus for me because shonen anime usually have the standard hot-headed yahoo as main character.
RWBY Volume 2:
Underwhelming and lackluster writing compared to the hype and expectation it generated with many missed opportunities. But you'd enjoy it if you're in it for the good action scenes and choreography and the occasional funny jokes.
Other anime I watch:
Daitoshokan no Hitsujikai
Girlfriends (Beta)
Gugure! Kokkuri-san
Ushinawareta Mirai wo Motomete
Danna ga Nani wo Itteiru ka Wakaranai

I'm Opening Commission
Hello everyone. I know it's been a while and it feels kinda weird posting something here after all this time, not even knowing what changes has happened to the site's UI and stuffs, but I want to announce that I'm opening commission. Feel free to read more details through this link: https://www.fiverr.com/share/K68ejY I'm accepting payment through paypal, and you don't have to go through fiverr if you don't want to. Feel free to DM me for more details. You can contact me through discord too @luna8710 and discord.gg/UEHyqr8 Thanks for your attention and have a good day.
Anybody Interested of Commission?
While I don't really write much here for the last few years, I am still without a doubt still drawing, as you can see that I still upload stuffs. I admit that I don't really interact much with others here, nor do I watch other people and commenting on their arts, but I am kinda still around. Especially on pixiv, where I upload more stuffs there compared to here due to them having more mature content that would get my ass booted out if I post them here.
Anyways, to anyone who are still around and keep watching my stuffs, I was wondering if any of you are interested in commission work. I did this years ago during my college work and I think I
Random Update Out of Nowhere! In 2019?
Hello, guys, or if anybody is still watching me. Just a random update out of nowhere just for kicks. I figured that I should write something because it's not like I'm completely on hiatus or something. If you want to chat with me directly, feel free to hang out in my discord channel: https://discordapp.com/invite/UEHyqr8
Anyways, right now, my life is pretty stable, I have a steady job that I can coast for the rest of my life if I want to unless something catastrophic happened to my government. It's a job I do have some personal investment in, pays well, I can buy games and stuffs I wanted 8 years ago without having to worry much. It can get

So, today I finally beat fire emblem Fates Conquest on lunatic. It was hell and I spent lots of time on it. My Corrin is a +Str -Lck samurai build, and I cheesed the endgame using Rescue staff and with my Nina having Pass.
Anyways, many anime just reached episode 3 this week, and I already did bunch of my first impressions on them. Feel free to watch them in my channel. I'd admit that I likely didn't say all the things I wanted to say because the recordings are all one-take and unscripted, but seeing that there's so many anime for me to review, I rather do that than spending so much time writing script.
